On May 5, 2024, at the age of 52, Vitaly Zadorozhny passed away on May 5. He was only 52 years old:
For more than 20 years, Vitaly Alexandrovich stood guard over the sanitary well-being of our city and its residents. Since 2001, he worked as the chief physician of the Gurzuf Sanitary and Epidemiological Station, in 2013 he became the head of the Yalta intercity department of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service in Crimea, then the head of the territorial department for the city of Yalta of the interregional Department of Rospotrebnadzor for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, and in 2021 he headed the Territorial Department on the southern coast of Crimea of the interregional Office of Rospotrebnadzor for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol. We express our sincere condolences to the family and friends of Vitaly Alexandrovich. The bright memory of this wonderful man will forever remain in our hearts,” noted the Yalta city administration and the Yalta City Council.
