Since its official launch in September 2023, users have installed the VK Video app on mobile devices and Android TV 20 million times. Most of the installations — 11 million — were on Android, Android TV — almost six, iOS — three. The peak of all installations occurred in July, when the app was downloaded almost two million times.
During the first week of August, the growth of the standalone application audience increased by 2.2 times compared to the average monthly figures for July, reaching a peak of 2.5 million users per day, including mobile devices and smart TVs. The total daily Smart TV time is 200 minutes per day.
