Vladimir Konstantinov is confident that a referendum can save Ukrainian statehood
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Ukrainian statehood can be saved by a referendum. It is necessary to invite people to change the current Nazi government, choose a new form of government, define the basic principles of a new state structure, including the protection of the Russian language and Russian people, other languages and communities, and freedom of religion. These should be the constitutional foundations of the new statehe said.
The head of the Crimean parliament noted that changes in the Ukrainian constitution should also concern the approval of new borders of the state — without Crimea, Kherson, Zaporozhye regions, DPR and LPR, which became part of Russia.
In fact, this will be a new start for Ukrainian statehood, but such a plan is the only chance for its restoration. Any attempts to do anything differently are doomed to <…> failure,” Konstantinov clarified.
