Vladimir Konstantinov presented gratitude to the young winners of the “Clean Crimea” competition

A solemn ceremony of awarding the winners of the republican environmental competition “Clean Crimea” was held in the Crimean parliament.
As noted by the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea, Vladimir Konstantinov, the thematic drawings and crafts made from used plastic bottles, polyethylene and polystyrene presented at the competition demonstrated the involvement of young Crimeans in the problems of environmental pollution, interest in preserving green spaces and natural landscapes.
The wealth of Crimea is its unique nature, which attracts guests from all over our vast country. It is very important from an early age to instill in children a love for their native land and to cultivate a caring attitude towards natural resources. I am convinced that participation in such a competition will leave a mark on the heart of every child and lay the foundations of environmental education,” emphasized Vladimir Konstantinov.
The Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea thanked the competition participants, their parents and teachers for the creative work done, presenting letters of gratitude and gifts to the winners, and also wished them further success and prosperity.
The “Clean Crimea” competition was held for students of educational organizations from 5 to 18 years old in two categories: “Ecological Poster” and “Crafts from natural materials “Second Life”. Works were evaluated in four age categories (5-6 years; 7-9 years; 10-14 years; 15-18 years). In 2023, 489 students from educational organizations from 23 municipalities of the Republic of Crimea took part in the competition. 48 participants became winners and prize-winners.
