Vladimir Konstantinov: Russian Crimea is an investment-attractive region

According to the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea, Vladimir Konstantinov, interesting projects in all sectors have already been implemented and continue to be implemented in the republic, and new jobs are being created.

A significant amount of investment comes to the republic within the framework of the Free Economic Zone. Currently, there are 1,153 registered SEZ participants in Crimea, which are implementing 1,237 investment projects. During the period of operation of the SEZ, about 266 billion rubles of investments were allocated for the implementation of investment projects, of which capital investments amounted to about 174 billion rubles. In addition, more than 82.3 thousand jobs have been created, including about 3.5 thousand since the beginning of 2023said the head of the Crimean parliament.

According to Konstantinov, the volume of investments within the Free Economic Zone increases every year. Since the beginning of 2023, about 26 billion rubles of investment have been made, which is almost twice as much as the same period in 2022.

Of course, we are interested in attracting investment to the republic. They are an important component of our strategy to create the Crimea of ​​our dreams. We will continue to do everything in our power to ensure that we have more projects that bring Crimea to a new level of development,” emphasized Vladimir Konstantinov.
