Some results of the spring session of the Crimean parliament.

The work of the spring session of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea ended today. As noted by the speaker of the regional parliament, Vladimir Konstantinov, the deputies are entering the final stretch of work in the current cadence. It is too early to talk about the results of the work, but the chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea spoke about the most significant decisions and bills. In particular, about the nationalization of the property of Ukrainian oligarchs in Crimea.

One of the landmark decisions adopted by the State Council of Crimea was the approval of the list of property subject to nationalization of foreign citizens and states that commit unfriendly actions against Russia. In total, since November 2022, the property of about 100 legal entities and individuals engaged in subversive activities against the Russian Federation has been nationalized in the Republic of Crimea. At present, inventory and cadastral works have been carried out on most of the objects. With regard to about 70% of real estate, registration of the ownership of the Republic of Crimea has been completed— said Konstantinov.

According to him, in order to preserve jobs and ensure the continuity of production processes, temporary administrations have been introduced at a number of enterprises. We are talking about such enterprises as the Proliv cannery in Kerch, the Alma building materials plant in Bakhchisarai, the Villa Elena hotel in Yalta and a number of others.

Some nationalized objects, temporarily, before other management decisions were made, were leased in order to replenish the budget of the Republic of Crimea. Thus, more than 34 million rubles have already been received by the budget from the lease of the property of the Skyplaza shopping center and Novacenter hypermarketssaid the speaker.

By mid-July 2023, it is planned to sell the following objects owned by Ukrainian businessmen through competitive procedures:

  • hypermarket «Novacenter»;
  • real estate of Essox Beograd-Stari Grad LLC (apartments and non-residential premises);
