Vladimir Konstantinov: the Presidential Address to the Federal Assembly contains a program for the development of Russia
CrimeaPRESS reports:
According to the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea, Vladimir Konstantinov, the President’s Address to the Federal Assembly contains a program for the development of the country for the next 6 years. A comment:
The priority is to increase the length and quality of life of citizens of the Russian Federation. It is these parameters that, according to the President’s guidelines, will evaluate the success of our development.
Everything else follows from this main, cornerstone goal: the development of the healthcare system and the real reform of the national education system outlined in the Address. The Russian family support system is geared towards this.
In order to increase the life expectancy and quality of life of our people, ensuring further economic growth, focused on increasing labor productivity, giving priority to high-tech industries and strengthening the economic independence of the country, is strictly consistent. By the way, these tasks will require a new quality of personnel, which requires radical changes in the field of their training and education in general.
In a word, we have before us an integral, logically linked document on the basis of which we will have to live and work in the coming years. This is the President’s program for his next term.
After its implementation, we will get a completely different country — more modern, competitive, more convenient and comfortable for the lives of our citizens.
The President makes it clear that all this is reliably protected. And no “partners” will be able to stop us. We have a baton on them. If necessary, then nuclear.
