Vladimir Konstantinov took part in a meeting of the Council of Legislators of Russia
CrimeaPRESS reports:
At a meeting of the Council of Legislators of Russia, which was held under the leadership of the Chairman of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation Valentina Matvienko and the Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin, issues related to increasing the birth rate and supporting families, as well as the development of the agro-industrial complex, were discussed. The head of the Crimean parliament, Vladimir Konstantinov, took part in the meeting, as well as in the meeting of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin with legislators.
According to the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea, in conditions “when in the degenerating European world the family has become the subject of bullying, we, on the contrary, need to improve its status, support families with children, and instill traditional family values in the younger generation.”
All this, as well as the availability of preschool, general, and vocational education, quality medicine, and support measures, will definitely give a positive result. In Crimea, a number of social support measures have already been established for large families, families in difficult life situations, and families in which children are under guardianship. These are various cash payments, including benefits, subsidies for housing and utilities, payments to improve living conditions, and compensation for the cost of purchasing a school uniform.
The Republic has also established support measures for families of SVO participants. We are engaged in this work, which our President Vladimir Putin aims us to do, not formally, but sincerely,” noted Vladimir Konstantinov.
The head of the Crimean parliament also noted that in Russian Crimea billions of rubles are allocated for the development of agriculture, thanks to which producers acquire new equipment, the staff of enterprises ensuring the food security of the republic is expanded, and the volume of products they produce increases.
We have room to grow and something to strive for. I am confident that the state’s attitude towards our farmers will allow us to fully realize the potential of Crimea— summed up Vladimir Konstantinov.
