Working trip of the Speaker of the Republican Parliament to the South Coast.
As part of a working trip to Yalta, Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov visited a number of educational institutions.
One of these days, after a major overhaul, a kindergarten «Ivushka» for 100 children will be opened. New furniture has been installed here, toys, new utensils and equipment for the catering department have been purchased, assembly, music and sports halls have been equipped. Previously, the building belonged to the state farm-factory «Livadia», and then, until the return of the Crimea to Russia, it was not used for many years.
Kindergarten No. 23 in the Vasilievka microdistrict was affected by heavy rains in 2021. About 600 million rubles were allocated to eliminate the consequences of flooding in this and other 10 educational institutions of the city. Today, the building is undergoing a major overhaul and landscaping. By September 1, all work, including the installation of equipment and furniture, is planned to be completed.
As a result of heavy rainfall in 2021, the basement rooms and the first floor were flooded at school No. 12 with in-depth study of foreign languages. Today, the building is undergoing a major overhaul, some classrooms have already installed new equipment.
I am sure that after the completion of the work, the educational process here will move to a new, even higher level.— said Konstantinov.
The head of the Crimean parliament also examined the progress of work on the construction of a new kindergarten for 230 children at the intersection of Sechenov and Dostoevsky streets. The work is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2023.
The project provides for the placement of 12 preschool groups in the building, including groups for children with disabilities. The administration of Yalta is already engaged in the selection of employees in the institution. According to the city administration, the opening of a kindergarten will ensure 100% availability of preschool education in this area of Yalta.
The Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea also examined the public areas of the city.
A significant amount of landscaping work has been done on Krivoshty Street. In 2021, showers caused significant damage to infrastructure in this area of Yalta.
Today, 27 adjacent territories have been landscaped here, the roofs of apartment buildings and sidewalks have been repaired, roads have been paved. The yards are equipped with recreation areas.
All this is the result of a large-scale work of the authorities, which is noticed by the people of YaltaVladimir Konstantinov said.
The city has recently completed a major overhaul of Sovetskaya Square. Now, according to the head of the Parliament of the Republic, this place is a modern, comfortable recreation area for Yalta residents and guests of the city.
In the Vasilievka microdistrict, it is planned to complete the improvement of two squares by the end of summer. Recreation zones will be equipped here, landscaping will be carried out.
Despite the difficulties, I am sure that the holiday season in Crimea will take place this year. It is important for us that it be held at a high level, so that people want to come to us again. In this regard, the projects implemented in Yalta certainly play a significant role, attracting the attention of tourists. It is equally important that investment projects are being implemented in the city— summed up Vladimir Konstantinov.
