The first certificates of authorized representatives of Russian Presidential candidate Vladimir Putin were presented at the central election headquarters. The event was held by the co-chairman of the headquarters, chairman of the Union of Theater Workers Vladimir Mashkov.

Certificates were received by military observer of Komsomolskaya Pravda Viktor Baranets, member of the Presidential Council for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights Yulia Belekhova, head of the analytical center of the Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education «Russian National Research Medical University named after N. I. Pirogov» Nikolai Vaganov, Hero of the Soviet Union , Hero of the Russian Federation, executive director of Roscosmos for manned space programs, pilot-cosmonaut Sergei Krikalev and others.

Among the trusted representatives of the candidate for President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin there are also Crimeans: General Director of JSC Fiolent Plant Alexander Batalin, Olympic champion, advisor to the director of the training center for sports training of Russian national teams «Crimean» Rustem Kazakov, head of the Kolchugino district hospital — general practitioner Boris Levin.
