CrimeaPRESS reports:

Russian President Vladimir Putin, in his message to the Federal Assembly, thanked all Russians for their solidarity and reliability.

I thank all of you, dear colleagues. I thank all Russian citizens for their solidarity and reliability. We are one big family. We are together and therefore we will do everything as we plan and want to do, as we dreamsaid Vladimir Putin.

The President emphasized: the real elite of Russia are warriors and workers, “proven people who have proven their loyalty to Russia, worthy people.”.

He also said that applications for the “Time of Heroes” personnel program will begin on March 1. It will be attended by participants in a special military operation — people who “can be handed over and trusted» country. Veterans will receive priority promotion in the Russian Armed Forces.

The head of state separately addressed the fighters participating in the special military operation:

Low bow to you guys.

The President added that it is the participants in the special operation who should take leading positions in the system of education and upbringing of youth, and in public associations, in state-owned companies, business, in state and municipal administration, and lead regions, enterprises, and the largest domestic projects. He emphasized that it is precisely such people who come to the fore at turning points in history and take responsibility, and they can be transferred to them in the future and entrusted with Russia.
