Vladimir Putin instructed to restore cultural heritage sites and remove bureaucracy in this matter

Russian President Vladimir Putin, during his address to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, instructed to form a long-term program for the preservation of cultural heritage sites.
At least a thousand cultural heritage sites must be restored throughout the country by 2030. We need to give them a second life so that they serve people and decorate our cities and villagesnoted the President.
According to the Head of State, it is necessary to provide “measures to support citizens, companies, public associations who are ready to invest their labor, time and money in the restoration of monuments«.
In addition, the authorities and the public need to analyze the regulatory framework in the field of protection and use of cultural heritage sites.
It is necessary to eliminate clearly redundant, contradictory requirements, due to which the monument is sometimes destroyed before our eyes, and formally, according to the law, it is impossible to quickly take measures to save itPutin said.
In the Republic of Crimea, 25 cultural heritage sites of federal and regional significance have been restored since 2014. More than 2.5 billion rubles were allocated for these purposes. In addition, according to the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Crimea, over the past 10 years, major repairs have been carried out in 136 cultural institutions of Crimea in the amount of 3.3 billion rubles.
