Russian President Vladimir Putin proposed to expand the program of concessional lending to the tourism business in the country.

It is necessary to dynamically develop high-quality infrastructure for recreation in our country, and focus not on current figures, but on the fact that the tourist flow will continue to increase— said the Head of State, speaking at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).

The President specified that it is necessary to expand the program of concessional lending for hotel projects, to focus on supporting the most demanded segment — three or four «stars».
