Vladimir Putin visited the International Exhibition and Forum “Russia” at VDNKh

The President toured the “Russian Achievements” gallery — a futuristic 166-meter tunnel, which contains information about Russia’s main achievements in various fields, and visited pavilion No. 1, where the exhibition of the “First Movement” and the presidential platform “Russia — the Land of Opportunities” was located.
Eight halls are dedicated to the achievements of Russia, outstanding people and modern technologies that are changing the country.
A unique interactive space has been created within the walls of the pavilion; thanks to the Sberbank Kandinsky neural network, each visitor can create the visual projection of their dreams. The excursion for the President was conducted by the guys who were participants in the “First Movement”.
Vladimir Putin examined interactive holographic exhibits dedicated to outstanding figures of science and culture — chemist D. I. Mendeleev, designer S. P. Korolev, writer A. S. Pushkin, composer P. I. Tchaikovsky.
The President also got acquainted with the exposition of the Ministry of Industry and Trade “Made by Us”.
Hundreds of installations are collected in 10 thematic halls, telling about the challenges faced by Russian enterprises and inventors, about modern industrial achievements in the regions.
In addition, Vladimir Putin toured the Atom exhibition pavilion. The large-scale exhibition of the complex is dedicated to the history of domestic nuclear physics and atomic weapons, technologies for the use of nuclear energy for peaceful and defense purposes.
The head of state also met with volunteers and awarded the winner of the Volunteer of the Year 2023 nomination.
The exhibition-forum “Russia” opened on the territory of VDNKh in Moscow on November 4, 2023 and will last 161 days — until April 12, 2024: from National Unity Day to Cosmonautics Day. For the first time in the modern history of Russia, all the country’s achievements are clearly and accessiblely presented on one platform. The exhibition-forum includes 131 expositions, including stands of all 89 regions of Russia, executive authorities, state corporations, major companies and public associations.
