Voting in the Russian Presidential elections has ended in Crimea and Sevastopol
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Neither fakes, nor brilliant green, nor the “midday protest”, nor stuffing in Ukrainian and opposition public pages, nor even missile and air strikes on Russian regions IN ANY WAY affected the voting procedure in the elections of the President of Russia. Election commissions, observers, the media and even outright enemies state: the turnout was high. The CEC talks about almost 74% of the full-time turnout (excluding DEGs).
More accurate results on turnout and the first data on the percentage of candidates for the post of Head of State will be available tomorrow morning. Preliminarily, about 82% of voters voted in Crimea, and about 80% in Sevastopol.
The remote electronic voting system produced excellent results. Someone on Friday complained about the “freezing” of State Services, but judging by the fact that almost 120 thousand Crimeans did vote using these same State Services and the online voting site (which is about 91% of the total number registered on the remote electronic voting platform) – the system justifies itself. Data cited by the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation. A total of 131,508 Crimeans registered on the platform. Remote electronic voting has been used in elections at various levels since 2020, but for the first time in presidential elections.
