Every year, in each region of Russia, within the framework of the federal project “Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment” and the national project “Housing and Urban Environment,” a vote is held for public spaces that need to be improved. The national project was initiated by President Vladimir Putin.
The head of state announced the extension of the project “Formation of a comfortable urban environment” at a meeting with the heads of municipalities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation — participants in the All-Russian municipal forum “Small Motherland — the Strength of Russia.”
The program has been running for several years and is working well, as I said. And moreover, we need to increase it, – the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Vladimir Putin.
Every resident of Sevastopol has the opportunity to make their area more comfortable by taking part in what has already become a traditional vote. In 2025, the areas that win this year’s vote will be improved.
The following public spaces will participate:
Leninsky Municipal District:
— green zone in the area of house No. 212 on General Ostryakov Avenue;
— a public garden in the area of house number 97 on Khrustaleva Street;
— green zone in the area of building No. 1-7 on Galina Petrova Street;
— green zone in the area of house number 24 on Gogol Street.
Gagarinsky Municipal District:
— public space in the area of house No. 20 on Kazachyaya Street;
— small parks on Vakulenchuka Street;
— green zone in the area of house No. 6 on Pravdy Street;
— green zone in the area of houses No. 24-26 on Molodykh Stroiteley Street;
— territory in the area of house No. 40 on Pavel Korchagin Street;
— territory in the area of the Theater for Young Spectators.
Balaklava municipal district:
— a public garden in the area of house No. 52 on Krestovsky Street;
— a park at the intersection of Krestovsky and Uritsky streets;
— a public garden in the area of house No. 6 on Komissar Morozov Street in the village of Sturmovoye;
— a public garden in the area of house No. 25 on Mezhduryadnaya Street – the 1st branch of the Zolotaya Balka agricultural firm.
Nakhimovsky municipal district:
— green zone between houses No. 39 and 31A on Pobedy Avenue;
— Heroes of the Soviet Union Square on Heroes of Sevastopol Street;
— the area in the area of the monument to tank heroes on Krasnaya Gorka;
— a green zone along Brestskaya Street in the Sevastopol recreation center area.
