Water reserves in Crimean reservoirs increased by 4 million cubic meters in June

The rains of the first half of June did their job. Fresh water in the reservoirs of the Crimea has become more. As the Crimean Department for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring noted, the most significant precipitation was in the river basins of the northern foothills, such as Kuchuk-Uzenbash, Kuchuk-Karasu, Salgir, Maly Salgir, Alma, Biyuk-Karasu, Belbek, Kokkozka, Chernaya and in the basins of the rivers of the South Coast, amounting to 50-135 mm. In the basins of the rivers Salgir, Maly Salgir, Kuchuk-Karasu and in the upper reaches of the Belbek river, precipitation was 1.3-1.8 times more than the norm.
Favorable weather conditions contributed to the maintenance of increased water content in the basins of most rivers in the northern foothills, such as Alma, Kacha, Belbek, Chernaya, Salgir, Biyuk-Karasuhydrologists say.
In June, there were also emergency discharges of water from Partizansky, Zagorsky, Simferopol, Ayansky, Belogorsky and Taigansky reservoirs.
The inflow of water into reservoirs of natural runoff in June was (in millions of cubic meters): Belogorskoye — 13.2, Simferopol — 7.9, Schastlivenskoye — 3.9, Chernorechenskoye — 12. The total total water supply in reservoirs located in the channels of the main rivers, amounted to 201.4 million cubic meters, which is 4.12 million cubic meters more than a month ago.
