CrimeaPRESS reports:
The policeman asked the court to recover 100 thousand rubles from the defendant for moral damage that he inflicted on him with offensive language and obscene language.
A police officer filed a lawsuit in court, indicating that on April 25, 2023, the Justice of the Peace issued a guilty verdict in a criminal case against the defendant for insulting a government official, according to which the latter will serve hours of compulsory work. The plaintiff is recognized as a victim in the case. However, a representative of law and order considered that the court sentence for the offender was not enough, and decided to recover 100 thousand rubles from him for moral damage that he caused him with offensive language and obscene language, already in civil proceedings,” noted the press service of the Kirov District Court of the Republic of Crimea.
As a result, having comprehensively studied the case materials, the court granted the claim partially, collecting from the defendant compensation for moral damage caused by the crime in the amount of 10,000 rubles. The decision did not enter into legal force.
