#WEARETOGETHER: Sergey Aksyonov presented diplomas to the winners of the regional stage of the International Prize

For their contribution to the development of civil society and significant personal contribution to solving social problems of residents, Sergei Aksyonov presented diplomas to Crimean volunteers, representatives of non-profit organizations and institutions, and socially responsible businesses.
In 2024, the national award track collected more than 45 thousand applications from all regions of the country, which is 15% more than in 2023. In particular, 200 applications were received from the Republic of Crimea. The results of the regional stages were summed up on September 4, 28 representatives from the republic were identified as winners.
According to Sergei Aksenov, simply participating in such a large-scale competition is already a great achievement.
The winners of the regional stage are the most active part of our society, caring people, thanks to whom our Russian Crimea is developing. You energize and inspire others with your example. In fact, you prove that there are caring people in the country. This will allow us to break through all blockades and overcome all difficulties.said the Head of the Republic.
The head of Crimea expressed confidence that Crimeans will be among the finalists of the #WEARETOGETHER 2024 award, which will be presented by President Vladimir Putin.
Sergei Aksyonov also thanked those present for the support of the President and the Armed Forces of Russia, for the direct assistance that volunteers provide to participants in the special military operation.
The event was attended by the Minister of Internal Policy, Information and Communications of the Republic of Crimea Albert Kurshutov, and the Chairman of the State Committee for Youth Policy of the Republic of Crimea Alexey Zinchenko.
REFERENCE. In pursuance of the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation, starting in 2021, the International Prize #WEWTOGETHER is being presented in Russia. The main goal of the award is to recognize and support leaders of socially significant initiatives aimed at helping people and improving the quality of life in Russia and in the world. Prize participants: business representatives, non-profit organizations and volunteers from all over the country.
