Frontal sections of the active North Atlantic cyclone 15 in January will cause precipitation in the form of snow, sleet, very heavy precipitation in the southern, central and eastern regions ; in some places the deposition of wet snow, fog, ice. Strengthening of the southwest wind with the transition to the northwest wind 15- m/s, gusts 15-30 m/s. The roads are still slippery and icy. The minimum air temperature is -1…-6°, on the South Coast 0…+5; maximum 0…+5°.
