What crimes was the former first deputy head of the administration of Yevpatoria found guilty of?

The evidence collected by the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol was recognized by the court as sufficient to convict the former first deputy head of the administration of the city of Evpatoria. He was found guilty of receiving a bribe on an especially large scale (Part 6 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and abuse of office (Part 1 of Article 286, paragraph “c” of Part 3 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
The Department for Investigation of Particularly Important Cases established that in the spring of 2018, an official received a bribe in the form of a capital construction project through an intermediary. Gratitude was conveyed for the approval of the layout of the land plot on the cadastral plan and its approval for lease without bidding from lands used by the municipality. After some time, the official signed a resolution in the interests of the briber— reported the Investigative Committee.
On November 26, 2020, the former first deputy head of the administration of the city of Yevpatoria was detained during special measures carried out by officers of the Federal Security Service of Russia in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
As part of the investigation, all the circumstances of the crime were established, and a significant amount of investigative and other procedural actions were carried out.
By a court verdict, the accused was found guilty of the crimes charged and sentenced to 11 years in prison to be served in a maximum security correctional colony, with deprivation of the right to hold positions in the civil service and in local government for a period of 6 years.
