What do Crimeans save money for?

In a survey of the Search for highly paid work Superjob Representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part.

Every fifth resident of Crimea called himself a supporter of the financial strategy “spend more”, 4 out of 10 — adherents of the strategy “Save more”.

Most often, respondents lay funds for a «rainy day» (32%). In second place in popularity — accumulations for the purchase of real estate (22%). Every fifth collects money for a trip. 18% are accumulated for the future of children and to create passive sources of income. 11% said that they need savings to pay for medical services, and the same amount of money to purchase furniture, equipment, gadgets and other similar things.

36% of the respondents put 10–25% of their income in the cube, and each fourth — less than 10%.

Men are more often than women to create deposits and investments, life after retirement, car and opening their own business. Women, on the other hand, were more often called the future of children, medical services, their own education and repair.

Residents of Crimea under 35 years old more often than those older, deposit money for the purchase of real estate, branded things, a car, the creation of passive sources of income, medical services, education, repair and opening of a business. The desire to save money is also more often inherent in young people. Citizens over 45 years old more often prefer to protect funds for their lives after retirement.

Every second respondent (50%) with an income of up to 50 thousand rubles copies on a financial pillow. Every fourth (25%) — on vacation and travel. The townspeople with a salary of 100 thousand rubles in the first place among the goals for savings also have a financial pillow (35%), and for the second — the purchase of real estate (34%).
