From the threshold, the dissatisfied Sevastopol made a scandal, and when the arguments ended, he turned the woman’s hand. As a result, she received several fractures. According to the expert’s conclusion, injuries relate to bodily harm. The victim filed a statement to the police, -voiced the details of the case in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Sevastopol.

The district police officer of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Balaklava district established and detained the attacker. He pleaded guilty of his deed and repented.

A criminal case has been instituted against a man under Part 1 of Art. 112 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation «Intentional infliction of medium severity of harm to health.» The sanction of the article provides for punishment of imprisonment for up to three years.
