What phrases in vacancies are most annoyed by Crimeans
Krympress reports:
In an open survey of the Search for highly paid work Superjob Representatives of the economically active population from Crimea took part.
44% of the inhabitants of Crimea told what phrases in the proposals of employment cause them irritation. Multivature defeated stress resistance. And this is natural in the conditions of a lack of personnel, when internal combination began to be practiced more often. 17% of the respondents admitted that, seeing the word “multi-storage” in vacancies, they immediately understand that the load will be inhuman: “Consider, they want to make a person-organ from you, with the fulfillment of other people’s duties”; «You will have to do everything yourself, but the salary will grow for everyone except you.» The TOP-3 also “stress resistance” (10%, “especially at works where nervous strain is not expected”) and “friendly collective” (9%, “usually in companies with such a mention, everything is exactly the opposite”).
The phrase “competitive salary” without specifying a specific amount (7%) causes a negative. The phrase “ambitious company” (6%) filled the phrase. 2% of respondents reject Anglicisms (for example, such as timbilding, mitap, developer, deadline, coaching, unsteady, release, trend, skills, on -collection, etc.), the same amount of various abbreviations, both in Russian and English (SKU, CV, B2B, B2C, KPI, SEO, etc.).
Not only words can cause hostility. 5% of the survey participants noted that they are annoyed in the content of vacancies. Applicants are unhappy when they indicate the salary by agreement (31%) or overstate, in their opinion, the requirements for work experience (24%). They also do not like too short a description of the responsibilities or activities of the company (16%), a promise to contact in the absence of the organization’s contacts (8%) and a GROSS salary indication, i.e. before deduction of taxes (7%).
