The restoration of a historic building, the Dintzer mansion, on the embankment of the Salgir River in Simferopol, has been completed. Many residents and guests of the Crimean capital know it as the House of Chess.
Reassure the skeptics, it will remain so. Only put in order, restored, with well-groomed rooms and a themed interior.
For the completion of repair and restoration work at the object of cultural heritage of regional significance «Mansion of Dintser E.Ya.» between the Directorate for Centralized Services and Development of Cultural Institutions and Restoration Alliance LLC, a contract was signed for more than 21.4 million rubles. Within the framework of the state program «Socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol», work was carried out on the facade and interior, engineering system, communications, as well as the improvement of the adjacent territory— said in the Republican Ministry of Culture.
According to the Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Crimea Anna Kilesa, documents are being prepared for the transfer of the facility to the jurisdiction of the Sports School for Chess and Drafts.
The work under this contract has been completed (the act of acceptance of the work performed to preserve the cultural heritage site, included in the unified state register of cultural heritage sites (monuments of history and culture) of the peoples of the Russian Federation, was signed in November 2022).
