What worries Sevastopol taxpayers? The tax office knows

Head of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the city of Sevastopol Aleksey Mogila 30 November 2022 held a personal reception of citizens at the Reception Office of the President of the Russian Federation in Sevastopol.
Representatives of the city’s business community came to the reception to get answers to their most important questions. The head of the city tax service answered questions related to the payment of property taxes, the use of cash registers, as well as what support measures are provided to mobilized citizens.
Aleksey Mogila explained that a promo page « Taxation during the period of partial mobilization ” , which contains a detailed description of all support measures for mobilized citizens. In particular, for such citizens, the deadlines for paying taxes, fees, insurance premiums, and filing reports are postponed. A moratorium has also been introduced on control measures in relation to them. All measures are valid during the period of service of the mobilized and until the end of the third month after its completion.
On the eve of December 1, the deadline when citizens must pay property taxes, several taxpayers asked questions associated with the calculation of property tax of citizens.
The head of the department noted that it is not uncommon in Sevastopol that a situation is when citizens have not fully completed the procedure for registering real estate: they have received a cadastral passport for an object, but have not registered ownership in the state real estate cadastre. In order to complete the procedure, it is necessary to apply with title documents to the Multifunctional Center.
Aleksey Mogila emphasized that registration in Sevreestr is the final moment that guarantees full protection of the owner’s rights.
As part of the personal reception, detailed explanations were given for each issue.
The format of «personal reception» allows you to take the necessary measures to resolve issues of taxpayers. We are striving to create an environment in which the Service and taxpayers are mutually predictable and trust each other,” said Alexey Mogila.
