The police department of Feodosia received a statement from a resident of the village of Primorsky about the theft of property. The applicant told the police that an unknown person had stolen 4 wheels from a tractor trailer near the house, causing damage in the amount of 60,000 rubles. As a result of carrying out operational-search measures, a 35-year-old resident of the Leninsky district was detained by the criminal investigation department on suspicion of committing a crime.
The man said that he drove up to this trailer in a private vehicle, dismantled the wheels with disks and hubs, and took them away in order to install them on his trailer, which he purchased in April of this year without wheels.
