When the steering wheel was taken away: a resident of the village. Kirovskoye paid the debt on traffic police fines after the car was seized

Having accumulated a debt for traffic police fines totaling 61 thousand rubles, a resident of the village. Kirovskoye delayed repayment as long as possible. As a result, the bailiff of the bailiff department for the Kirov and Sovetsky districts of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol initiated 77 enforcement proceedings against the man, which were subsequently combined into consolidated enforcement proceedings.

The man did not pay the debt for traffic police fines even then. Subsequently, the department’s bailiff arrested the debtor’s bank accounts, imposed a ban on registration actions with his BMW X5 car, and temporarily restricted the man’s right to travel outside Russia. The citizen did not remember about his debt obligations even after that. However, the resident of Sevastopol failed to adhere to such tactics for long.

During a recent joint raid with traffic police officers on the roads of the Kirov region of the Republic of Crimea, an employee of the enforcement authorities identified a vehicle belonging to a man and drew up an inventory and arrest report in relation to the car. The debtor, who was driving, was warned that the seized property would be assessed and sold to pay off the existing debt. Realizing the seriousness of the situation and wanting to keep his car, a resident of Kirovsky transferred the required amount to the deposit account of the bailiffs department on the same day, thereby repaying the debt on traffic police fines in full. Enforcement proceedings ended with actual execution— the details of the case were announced in the press service of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
