From 20 October, Sevastopol began accepting applications for heating of social institutions. When will the heating season start in full?
By the beginning of the heating season, all 140 boiler houses were tested. From today, social facilities began to apply for connection. 10-11 November we plan to start supplying heat to apartment buildings. The city is completely ready to enter the heating season , — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the director of the department of urban economy Yevgeny Gorlov.
The governor of the city, Mikhail Razvozhaev, instructed Gorkhoz to start heating the entire housing stock without waiting for the cold weather.
Although I am a Siberian, I don’t understand how to hold out until 10 November. I live in the center and, like all Sevastopol residents, I am waiting for the start of the heating season. From 26 date, it is already necessary to heat social institutions on request, and from November 1, and not 10 date, the heating season should begin. The tenth number is unacceptable , the governor instructed.
In accordance with the regulations, the heating season begins when the average daily temperature does not exceed 8 degrees for five days.
