Where in Crimea are sewage treatment plants being built

A working visit to wastewater treatment facilities was made by the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Yuriy Gotsanyuk and the Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Russia Alexey Eresko.
We assessed the current state of the sewage treatment plants and the pace of construction and installation work, noted problematic issues, ways and timeframes for their solutions. In the urban-type settlement of Foros, Yalta urban district, the capacity of the collector is 5,000 m³/day. Previously, work had already been completed on the construction of the foundation of the ultraviolet disinfection unit, as well as reinforcement of the walls. According to the Prime Minister of Crimea, in the village of Katsiveli in the Yalta urban district, construction of a sewage treatment plant with a deep-water outlet into the sea is also underway. The capacity of the sewage treatment plant will be 2.5 thousand m3/day.
In the village of Maly Mayak, the Utes sewage treatment plant is being reconstructed. The capacity of the sewage treatment plant is 5,000 cubic meters per hour. In the village of Malorechenskoye near Alushta, sewage treatment plants are being built. The capacity of the new complex will be 3 thousand cubic meters per day. In the village of Morskoye, Sudak urban district, work has been completed on the reconstruction of sewage treatment plants with a capacity of 1,500 m3 / day. Sewage treatment plants are designed to receive and treat wastewater coming from the village of Morskoye with the subsequent discharge of treated wastewater into the Shelen River. In the village of Mindalnoye, Sudak urban district, sewage treatment plants are being reconstructed to increase the capacity to 15 thousand cubic meters / day. In the Republic of Crimea, within the framework of the state program «Socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol», it is planned to carry out the construction and reconstruction of sewage treatment facilities— said Yuriy Gotsanyuk.
