“White collar”: top highest paid office vacancies in Russia
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Avito Works experts studied the dynamics of average offered salaries across the country and named the top office professions for which employers indicate the highest offers. Based on the results of the first quarter of 2024, the highest paid profession was a real estate agent with an average offered salary of 135,179 rubles.
According to the study, real estate agents took first place in the ranking of the highest paid office professions; in the first quarter of this year they were offered an average of 135,179 rubles per month. It is worth considering that the salaries of such specialists are usually indicated as a “fork” and directly depend on the percentage of sales.
For the position of a programmer, the average salary offers based on the results of the first quarter of 2024 for a full-time job amounted to 117,772 rubles per month. This is an average figure for employees with little experience, since vacancies often do not indicate the size of salary offers for middle- and senior-positions — at the interview stage, employers are based on the candidate’s expectations.

Among specialists with salary offers of up to 100,000 rubles, the highest paid were IT analysts (99,833 rubles per month), development managers (95,556 rubles per month) and auditors (92,597 rubles per month).

In addition to the traditionally high salary offers in the IT field, real estate agents made it to the top of the ranking. The increase in proposed salaries for these specialists is explained by growing demand from employers — over the past year the number of vacancies for them increased by 1.5 times (+52%). It’s interesting that development managers and auditors also made it to the top—an increase in salaries for such employees may indicate a desire to scale and improve the efficiency of Russian business processes,” comments Kirill Pshenichnykh, director of the “Office professions” category of Avito Works.
