Who is he, the people's district police officer of the Republic of Crimea?

Aziz Emiradzhiev from Yevpatoria was elected as the people’s district police officer of the Republic of Crimea in 2023.
The winner of the regional stage of the all-Russian competition “People’s Precinct Officer” began serving in the internal affairs bodies in 2008, and has been serving as a local police commissioner since August 2020, — said the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea. — On an administrative plot of about 4000 sq. meters, for which Aziz Marlesovich is responsible, is home to 3,973 people. On the territory there are 24 residential apartment buildings, three secondary educational schools, three more than 15 retail and public catering facilities, as well as two government and 5 public and utility organizations.
It is emphasized that Aziz Emiradzhiev, in the administrative area entrusted to him, goes to incidents almost every day and is well acquainted with the vast majority of residents of the area. He is ready to listen to everyone and provide the necessary help.
Communication skills give the district police officer the opportunity to communicate with different categories of citizens. These are people with their own destinies and problems. And each of them, asking for help, always finds a solution to their problems. In his work, a police officer has to deal with crimes, everyday problems in families and administrative offenses.
This year, the district police officer personally solved 34 crimes, 4 of which were initiated on the basis of illegal arms trafficking, 2 crimes related to drug trafficking, 21 episodes of theft of personal property, 1 death threat,” the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea clarified.
According to Aziz Marlesovich, the work of a district police officer requires complete dedication:
I always try to be not only fair and responsive, but also moderately strict — without this there is no way in our profession. I respond to every request, mainly focusing on crime prevention. I try to choose my own approach to each person.
During his period of service, Aziz Marlesovich received 9 awards; this year he was included on the honor board of the Department of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Yevpatoria; the police department has repeatedly received letters from citizens with words of gratitude about the work of their local police officer.
Among his colleagues, police captain Aziz Emiradzhiev has great authority; young employees turn to him for help, whom he is always happy to help.
