Will the New Year be quiet? Crimean police remind you of responsibility for fireworks and other pyrotechnics
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Crimean police issued an up-to-date (on the eve of the New Year) warning:
According to the Decree of the Head of the Republic of Crimea dated 09.09.2022 No. 214-U “On amendments to the Decree of the Head of the Republic of Crimea dated 02.24.2022 No. 32-U”, from September 9, 2022, a ban on the use and use by individuals and legal entities was introduced throughout the peninsula persons of pyrotechnic products, with the exception of pyrotechnic products corresponding to hazard class 1 (crackers, sparklers, cold fire fountains), and therefore the launching of fireworks and fireworks during the New Year and Christmas holidays in the territory of the Republic of Crimea is prohibited.
Hmm… Something tells me that there will be a lot of fireworks, and fans of pyrotechnic fun will be guided by the simple and naive “you can’t catch them all.” But… again, something (life experience, probably) suggests that a certain number of violators will be identified. And so as not to turn pale later and say, “we didn’t know that there was a fine for this,” a small educational program with prices:
According to Article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, violation of the ban entails punishment: for citizens — in the form of a warning or the imposition of an administrative fine in the amount of one thousand to thirty thousand rubles; on officials — in the form of an administrative fine from ten thousand to fifty thousand rubles; for persons carrying out entrepreneurial activities without forming a legal entity — in the form of an administrative fine from thirty thousand to fifty thousand rubles; for legal entities — in the form of an administrative fine from one hundred thousand to three hundred thousand rubles.
Well, about “making noise until the morning.”
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea informs that in accordance with Article 2.1 of the Law of the Republic of Crimea dated June 25, 2015 No. 117-ZRK “On Administrative Offenses in the Republic of Crimea,” administrative liability is provided for violating the peace and quiet of citizens in the period from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.:
- for citizens — in the form of a warning or the imposition of an administrative fine in the amount of five hundred to one thousand rubles;
- on officials — in the form of an administrative fine from one thousand to one thousand five hundred rubles;
- for legal entities — in the form of an administrative fine from two thousand to five thousand rubles.
Forewarned is forearmed.
