As said by Sergey Aksyonov, the new national project “Family” is aimed at supporting motherhood and childhood, creating conditions for the full development of children, caring for older people.

This year, more than 2.7 billion rubles are provided for its sale in the Republic of Crimea. Within the framework of the project, a number of events are planned, including the overhaul of two buildings of kindergartens in Yalta and Feodosia, two libraries in Yevpatoria, the House of Culture in the Kirovsky District and the School of Arts in Simferopol— said the head of the republic.

It is also planned to purchase medical equipment and equip the perinatal center of the GBUZ RK “Republican Clinical Hospital named after N.A. Semashko ”and the antenatal clinic, which will be created on the basis of the State Budgetary Institution of the RK“ Krasnogvardeiskaya Central District Hospital ”. Two municipal libraries according to the model standard in Feodosia and the Leninsky district will be equipped with equipment.

Citizens are given to citizens older than working age and people with disabilities as part of a long -term care system, which includes family care, social services and medical care at home, in a semi -stationary and stationary form with the involvement of the service and patronage. Another important area is to increase the availability of diagnosis, prevention and treatment of diseases.

The systematic work is carried out aimed at reducing the infant mortality rate and improving the quality of medical care for mothers and newborns. Medical assistance is provided using auxiliary reproductive technologies for the treatment of infertility. In 2025, it is planned to conduct 795 IVF procedures— informed the head of the republic.

In addition, in the municipalities of Crimea, the program “Active Longevity” for older citizens is being implemented. In 2025, more than 119 thousand people should be involved in the program — 24 % of the total number of older citizens.

Sergei Aksyonov recalled that the new national project “Family” was preceded by the national projects “Demography” and “Culture”. During their implementation from 2019 to 2024, 2 neuropsychiatric boarding schools and 7 kindergartens were built in Crimea.

Capital repairs and reconstruction of 33 objects of cultural organizations, 69 institutions were re -equipped and received modern equipment, musical instruments and training materials, — added the head of Crimea.

In addition, in all municipalities, a measure of social support was provided in connection with the birth of a third or subsequent children until the child reaches the age of three years. At the expense of the basic program of compulsory medical insurance, more than 800 women annually underwent the IVF procedure.

Since 2019, the reconstruction of 4 sports facilities was carried out; Physical and fitness complexes in Saks and Sudak were commissioned; 216 sports grounds and 18 sets of sports equipment were installed; 2 sets of artificial football fields were delivered; Sports equipment and inventory received 16 sports institutions classified as the Ministry of Sports of the Republic of Crimea.
