Within the framework of the SPIEF, the Republic of Crimea signed agreements for 209 billion rubles

The volume of concluded agreements is more than twice as high as last year.
The Republic of Crimea signed agreements and memorandums totaling 209 billion rubles within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF). This was announced by the Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov.
The current SPIEF resulted in the signing of agreements and memorandums, the total amount of which is more than twice the volume of agreements concluded at the forum last year— said the Head of the Crimea.
Among the most ambitious projects, Sergei Aksyonov named the creation of a tourist cluster in the Leninsky district with an investment of 110 billion rubles. Another major project is the construction of a multi-apartment residential complex in Simferopol with an expected investment of 55 billion rubles. In addition, it is planned to build a plant for the disposal of medical waste in the Crimean capital for 408 million rubles, and in Feodosia — a plant for the production of polyethylene pipes for 1.1 billion rubles.
According to Sergei Aksyonov, a landmark event was the signing on the sidelines of the forum of agreements on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation between the Republic of Crimea and the DPR, LPR and Kherson region.
