Work allows every second Crimean to develop professionally

Employed representatives of the economically active population from the Crimea took part in the survey of the SuperJob service for finding highly paid jobs.
47% of Crimeans feel that they develop and grow professionally at work: “I am learning new things in the course of my work.” 15% admit that they are losing their skills in their current position. Respondents most often attribute this to routine and the lack of interesting tasks. One in three (35%) feel neither professional growth nor loss of skills: “I just do my job and get paid”— noted in the press service of the service.
The older generation speaks about the positive impact of work on professional development more often than respondents under 34 (53% and 40%, respectively). Those who see opportunities for professional development are more among citizens with an income of over 80 thousand rubles. (52%), while the state of «stagnation» is more often reported by those earning less than 50 thousand rubles. (40%). People with higher education are more critical of their duties: they report the loss of skills at work more often than respondents with secondary vocational education (21% versus 10%).
