Work on the improvement of the Crimean capital. What's in the plans for 2025

In the city of Simferopol, work will continue to improve courtyards and public areas. This was announced by the head of the department for supporting the construction of improvement facilities of the MKU Department of Capital Construction, Andrey Drevich.
According to him, for 2025, within the framework of an agreement with the Moscow city government, measures are planned to improve 10 courtyard areas:
- st. Lunacharsky, 3, 5;
- st. Shpolyanskaya, 4, 6;
- st. M. Zhukova, 31a;
- st. Sevastopolskaya, 3/2;
- st. Kyiv, 86, 88;
- st. Semashko, 3; st. Gagarina, 13A, 13/1;
- st. Kuibysheva, 62;
- st. Kuibysheva, 91;
- st. Kyiv, 112, 106, 108, 104, 102, 100;
- st. Donskaya, 45, 47.
For these objects, design and estimate documentation has been developed, positive conclusions have been received, design projects have been agreed upon with authorized representatives of the MKD. The envisaged amount of financing is 198 million rublesnotes Andrey Drevich.
In addition, by the end of 2024, it is planned to develop design estimates for 3 public areas, where improvement work will be carried out in 2025:
- Children’s park;
- Park named after T.G. Shevchenko;
- A memorial complex dedicated to the soldiers who fell during the “Defenders of the Fatherland” military training exercise.
