Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev today opened workshops at the Institute for the Development of Education. Workshops «Teaching in elementary grades» and «Preschool education» were opened today in this educational institution of vocational education. The workshops have everything so that students — future teachers can learn the nuances of the profession in practice. They are trained on the equipment and materials that are available in schools and kindergartens. For example, in the workshop on preschool education there is an interactive sandbox, there are such in kindergartens. Teachers will have practical experience in working with this and other equipment.
Such workshops are a necessity in modern conditions. When they tell you and literally explain on the fingers what equipment and devices you will work with in the future, this is one thing, and a completely different thing is when you can see it all yourself and learn how to work with it in advance. Moreover, students will also come to the workshops so that future teachers can already conduct lessons here, at the training stage, and understand how it all happens in reality , — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev.
At the expense of regional funds, the premises 11 of workshops in 4 professional educational organizations of Sevastopol were repaired, equipment was purchased at the expense of the federal budget for a total amount of more than 56 million rubles.
In addition to pedagogical workshops, workshops were opened today in the Sevastopol Trade and Economic College: «Restaurant Service», «Tourism», «Entrepreneurship», by the end of the week workshops will be opened in the Sevastopol College of Service and Trade in the following areas: «Cooking and confectionery», «Bread baking «, and in the Sevastopol Professional Art College» — «Graphic Design», «Interior Design», «Computer Modeling of Garments».
It should be noted that thanks to the federal project «Young Professionals» of the national project «Education» in Sevastopol before 2023 year there will be 28 workshops for the most popular professions. In 11 year — 11 workshops, in 2023 year — 14 workshops, in 28-m — 3 workshops.
