Yalta is a participant in the federal stage of the All-Russian Job Fair «Work in Russia. Time of Opportunities»

The purpose of the event, its initiators note, is to orient young people and help children aged 14 to 18 get a job for the summer. The fair will help job seekers to find a profession in demand, and employed people to think about changing their careers. With the help of consultants, high school students, students and graduates of colleges and universities will be able to plan their career path.

In our city, 58 boys and girls of this age have already been employed, and in total, the Employment Center has concluded 22 contracts for 130 places. The guys usefully spend their holidays, earning their first money and, what is important, try themselves in professions. I thank our socially oriented enterprises for such an opportunity! In the Republic of Crimea, the job fair “Work in Russia. Time of Opportunities” is held at a high organizational level with the support of the Head of the Republic Sergey Aksenov and Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea Elena Romanovskaya.

Yalta decided to share an example of excellent cooperation. The long-term cooperation of the employment center with the Atlantida Water Park has been ongoing since 2015, during which time 185 jobs have been created and allocated for the employment of minors aged 14-18 years, ”says the director of the territorial branch of the State Public Institution “Employment Center of the Republic of Crimea » in Yalta Elena Trofimova.

Alena Finko, deputy director for advertising and marketing of the Atlantida family complex, noted that the children in the water park are satisfied with the work of the guys and are waiting for them with great pleasure. Teenagers themselves also come to work for them for several years in a row and even become full-fledged full-time specialists even after graduation and reaching the age of majority.

Alexander Mogilevsky, Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Student Self-government of Yalta, says that Yalta youth go to work with great pleasure and really tries to justify the trust placed in them.

First, the guys turn to student self-government and we tell who to contact, what vacancies are available. Therefore, we constantly cooperate with the Employment Center. Most of all, the guys want to work in the catering sector— says Alexander Mogilevsky.
