ZaBeg.RF was held in Yalta for four distances — 1 km for the smallest participants under 17 years old, as well as 5 km, 10 km, and 21.1 km for more experienced athletes united by the ideas of a healthy lifestyle. A total of 680 athletes took part in it.
Overcame a distance of 5 km! It was not easy, because part of the route had to run uphill. However, I received a lot of positive from the race, a charge of vivacity and new experience in testing myself for endurance. I am sure that running is the most affordable way to keep fit and not gain extra pounds. You can run at any time of the year and anywhere.
