Yalta is among the top popular destinations for holidays with pets in May

May is a time when not only people, but also their animals want to travel and adventure. According to the Russian holiday rental booking service TVIL. RU, the number of people who travel with pets is growing every year. The owners of hotels and apartments know about this and are ready to accommodate their guests. In a survey recently conducted on TVIL social networks, landlords claim that pets charge an additional fee of 500-1000 rubles per day. The security deposit in case of booking with pets is also increased, 5-10 thousand rubles, it is returned after check-out and cleaning. Currently, 28% of all landlords registered on TVIL allow pets.

The Russian hotel and apartment booking service TVIL.RU, based on data from queries and applications, has identified the most popular destinations for holidays with pets in May 2024. In first place is St. Petersburg, followed by 16% of bookings with pets. Sochi is in second place, and Moscow is in third (7% and 6% of bookings in May with animals, respectively).
