Employment of citizens with limited ability to work is one of the priorities of the State Public Institution “Employment Center.” Interaction between employers and job seekers in terms of employment is carried out using the Unified digital platform in the field of employment and labor relations “Work in Russia”, also on the platform information is posted on available jobs and vacancies for the employment of people with disabilities (https://trudvsem.ru/).
The provision of public services to citizens classified as disabled (selection of suitable work, specialized consultations, preliminary approvals with the employer when sending for employment) is carried out by the territorial branch of the State Public Institution «Employment Center» in Yalta, taking into account the recommendations of individual programs for rehabilitation or habilitation of a disabled person, issued in the prescribed manner and containing a conclusion on the implementation of measures for professional rehabilitation or habilitation.
As of May 27, 173 vacancies for citizens with disabilities (including quota jobs) were posted on the territory of the municipality of the Yalta urban district using a unified digital platform in the field of employment and labor relations “Work in Russia”:
