Employees of the drug control unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Yalta from June 26 to 30, during operational and preventive measures, revealed facts of non-medical consumption of prohibited substances.
Citizens were checked, who, by a court decision, must undergo diagnostics, preventive measures, drug addiction treatment, medical and social rehabilitation due to the fact that they were consumers of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances. Such an obligation is imposed on a person recognized as a drug addict or consuming narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances without a doctor’s prescription and who has committed an offense in the field of drug trafficking.— specified in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.
During the operation, 16 people were brought to administrative responsibility by the police for evading the execution of the duty imposed by the court. With regard to offenders, administrative protocols were drawn up in accordance with Art. 6.9.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
For the use of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances without a doctor’s prescription in accordance with the sanction of Art. 6.9 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, 7 citizens were brought to administrative responsibility.
