Yalta residents risk being left without a car for debts on taxes and loan payments
CrimeaPRESS reports:
A resident of Yalta has accumulated debts on taxes and loan payments totaling 210 thousand rubles. As a result, the man became the object of attention of the bailiff department in the city of Yalta of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, where the bailiff initiated enforcement proceedings against him, which were subsequently combined into consolidated enforcement proceedings. The debtor ignored the legal demands of the enforcement officer.
In order to encourage a resident of Yalta to pay arrears on taxes and credit payments, the bailiff of the bailiff department for the city of Yalta of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol issued a resolution against the man to collect an enforcement fee in the amount of 63 thousand rubles, imposed a ban on performing registration actions with a car owned by the debtor and temporarily limited his right to travel outside of Russia. However, even then the man was in no hurry to pay off his debts, preferring to hide from the law enforcement officer. But he couldn’t do it for long,” the department’s press service announced details of the story.
Soon, a resident of Yalta was stopped by traffic police officers and the department’s bailiff who arrived on the scene immediately drew up an inventory of the arrest of a vehicle belonging to the citizen, warning the man that the seized property would be transferred for evaluation and further sale to pay off existing debts. In turn, a resident of Yalta explained that he does not have the required amount and does not intend to pay existing debts on taxes and loans.
