Yalta Unified Duty Dispatch Service now operates in comfortable conditions
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Yalta Unified Duty Dispatch Service recently celebrated a housewarming party.
The employees moved from the rented premises to the municipal premises at 15 Dzerzhinsky. It is almost three times larger than the previous one, and has both work areas and comfortable rest rooms.— following the visit to the service, the head of the Yalta administration, Yanina Pavlenko, reported.
According to the official, the improvement of working conditions was followed by an expansion of the staff — instead of three, six duty officers are on duty per day, who, accordingly, receive more calls, and in the summer there can be up to three thousand per week.
In turn, Deputy Director of the Municipal Institution «EDDS-Yalta» Vitaly Ignatyev reported that the working conditions of those who monitor the city’s video surveillance, as well as movable traffic barriers (bollards), have significantly improved.
In total, we have 350 street video cameras installed. Among them are the so-called «smart» ones, capable of recognizing people’s faces and vehicle registration plates. Now, in the new comfortable conditions, it has become much more convenient for our employees to track all this, — Vitaly Ignatiev emphasized.
He also added that in the future it is planned to repair the remaining part of the roof over the building and clean up the area.
During the visit, the head of the Yalta administration, together with the heads of resource-supplying enterprises, discussed via videoconference with the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Sadakliev the launch of a new housing and communal services portal, where the Unified Dispatch Service and resource-supplying organizations will work in tandem.
Yanina Pavlenko also reminded that you can call 112 to report any emergency situation, even from a phone without a SIM card — the call will be received in Simferopol, then the caller will be transferred to Yalta.
For direct communication with the Yalta EDDS, the following telephone numbers are available: +7 (3654) 23-93-83, +7978 901-41-12
