In Simferopol, work continues on the improvement of three courtyard areas. This was announced by the head of the department for supporting the construction of improvement projects of the capital construction department Andrey Drevich.
As part of the agreement between the Administration of the city of Simferopol and the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Crimea, as well as the municipal program “Formation of a modern urban environment,” work is underway to improve courtyard areas located at the following addresses:
- Bela Kuna street, 17, 19;
- Street of Heroes of Stalingrad, 33, 35;
- Balaklavskaya street, 105, 107, 109, 111, 115, 117.
Contractors have completed work on laying utility lines, repairing retaining walls, installing curb stones and installing street lighting poles.
Currently, the roadway, parking lots and pedestrian areas are being asphalted.
Upon completion of the asphalt paving work, small architectural forms will be installed and children’s and sports grounds will be equipped.
