You can't beat the police! Incident in the Bakhchisarai district

Twenty thousand rubles of a criminal fine and fifty thousand rubles in reimbursing compensation for non -pecuniary damage were appointed by the court to the local resident, born in 1980 for the use of violence against a police officer.

The materials of the criminal case found that early December 2024, near midnight, in the duty unit of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Bakhchisarai district, a message was received from a resident of one of the villages. The woman said that her acquaintance refuses to leave her apartment. Arriving at the place to verify the report of the police, the police officer revealed a resident of the city of Bakhchisarai, who was intoxicated intoxicated. The man behaved aggressively, shouted loudly at night, spoke out with obscene vocabulary, expressed dissatisfaction with the arrival of police officers. One of the police officers demanded that the offender calm down and offered to go from the indicated apartment to the street to the service car. While on the street, the man continued to behave aggressively, violate public order, screaming, expressed in the words of obscene vocabulary, and therefore, a law enforcement officer demanded that the latter proceed to a service car. At this moment, the attacker attacked one of the police officers and inflicted at least four beats with his hands on the right and left forearms of the law enforcement officer and one knee blow to the Pach of the latter, from which the victim experienced a sharp physical pain-voiced the details of the case in the press service of the court.

At the hearing, the defendant agreed with the accusation, found guilty completely and sincerely repented.

The court came to the conclusion about the guilt of the defendant and the correctness of the qualifications of his actions under Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation — the application of violence that is not dangerous for life and health in relation to the representative of the authorities in connection with the performance of his duties.

The verdict did not enter into legal force.
