You CANNOT use pyrotechnics in Sevastopol. Only firecrackers, sparklers and fountains are allowed

In Sevastopol, a regime has been introduced to restrict the use of pyrotechnic products, with the exception of firecrackers, sparklers and cold fire fountains. The use of other types of pyrotechnics that are prohibited for use entails administrative liability in the form of a fine.

However, safety precautions must be observed even when using permitted pyrotechnics.

When purchasing, check:

• packaging integrity;
• expiration date and certificate;
• Availability of clear instructions in Russian.

You cannot use festive pyrotechnics:

• on balconies;
• near trees, cars, buildings and power lines;
• in strong winds.

When launching fires, firecrackers and firecrackers, it is prohibited:

• lean over them;
• direct at people;
• try to restart if the product did not work completely or did not work at all.
