Young Crimean classic fighters at the Jufus Championship in Sochi won 12 medals

The winners of the championship in their weight categories were residents of Simferopol Ervin Sufyanov (up to 32 kg, coach – Noridin Saydaliev), Sudak resident Artem Kostel (up to 44 kg, coach – Seyran Saliev), Emir Abdulganiev from Lesnovka, Saki district (up to 52 kg, coach — Sergey Tsapaev) and Emil Baizakov from Maryanovka, Krasnogvardeisky district (up to 57 kg, coach — Albert Plishakov).
Silver medals for Simferopol residents Ruslana Usmanova (up to 32 kg) and Marlena Kovali (up to 48 kg), both train under the guidance of Sergei Popenkov and Evgeniy Plutitsky, as well as Eldara Japarova from Old Crimea (up to 41 kg, coach – Server Abdulganiev).
The Simferopol resident returned home with bronze Vachagan Grigoryan (up to 35 kg, coaches – Sergey Popenkov and Evgeny Plutitsky), Edem Gafarov from Old Crimea (up to 38 kg), Sudak residents Kurtseit Memedullaev, Asan Seytkhalilov (both up to 48 kg) and Ravil Karimov (up to 57 kg), everyone trains under the leadership of Server Abdulganiev.
We also note that in the category up to 92 kg “silver” was taken by a Sevastopol resident Alexander Karpekin (coaches: Ivan Tsepin and Sergei Gorokhovir).
More than 300 athletes from eight subjects of the Southern Federal District (Crimea, Sevastopol, Adygea, Kalmykia, Krasnodar Territory, Astrakhan, Volgograd and Rostov regions) took part in the championship.
All winners and prize-winners of the competition received tickets to a similar Russian championship, which will be held on March 20-24 in the capital of Adygea — Maykop.
