The training program is an excellent opportunity to involve Sevastopol youth in business and receive grants from the state. Such an initiative not only stimulates the development of entrepreneurship, but also contributes to the creation of new successful business projects in the Hero City— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the director of the center «My Business» Natalia Borisova.
The event lasted four days and included the following modules:
— diagnostics of business processes;
— research of the market, competitors and clients;
— management planning;
— measures of state support;
— development roadmap;
— grant support for youth.
The speaker was Elena Leshchishina-Bigan, a certified trainer of the corporation of small and medium-sized businesses.
During the training, together with the mentor, we went through an interesting path from forming the idea of the project to researching the market of competitors and clients, and also worked out the sales technology. This is important at the initial stage of building a business. We will implement the knowledge we have gained in practice,” shared Ksenia Varnava, a participant in the educational program.
Based on the results of the program, all participants received certificates of completion of training from the My Business center.
